Advisory services
To carry on the business of man power consultancy and advice to individuals,corporate bodies, societies,institutions associations, governments among others for the recruitment of human resource.
Labour force management
To carry on in Uganda or elsewhere the business to manufacture, design, develop,buy,sell,import, export or otherwise to deal in design, develop, publish and support software for human resource recruitment, administration and workforce management.
Risk Management
To contribute to the identification of risks to the organization and verification of risk treatment actions.
Operation and management
To carry on other trade or business whatsoever which may seem to the company capable of being conveniently carried out in connection with above or calculated directly or indirectly or enhance the value of or render profitably any of the property or rights of the company.
Validity determination
To verify conformity with contractual requirements, obtain and maintain confidence in the capability of a supplier and determine the effectiveness of the management system.
Principal agent
To act asagents or brokers and as trustees for any person, firm or company and to undertake and perform sub-contracts and also to act in any of the business of the company through or by means ofagents, brokers, sub-contractors or others.
